No, its not really under construction, this is as good as its going to get I think, simply because plain text with a light smattering of graphics is my idea of Nice Design. If I'm likely to dabble in Flash and other such bells and whistles, it won't be on my homepage, at least not without a text-only version too.
Any important information I can think of will go here eventually.
