Bounty Hunters QuakeWorld is the implementation of an idea I saw while trawling QuakeC patches
a long time ago.
What it does is change the way QuakeWorld is played slightly:
Every item (apart from keys, runes and player's backpacks) has a price, in credits. If you can't afford something,
you won't pick it up.
You start off with 0 credits, and gain credits by:
staying alive (1 credit every 5 seconds)
killing players (half of their current credits + the bounty on their head)
You get a bounty of 100 credits on your head when you kill 5 other players.
Every kill after that increases your bounty by 20 credits.
